Terms of Service

FOOWR Record Pool ("the Service") is a subscription music pool for professional DJs, operated by Fish Out Of Water Records ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Membership & billing

Access requires an active paid subscription ($59.99/month base, billed at $29.99/month with the applied 50% discount, or a longer prepaid term). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Acceptable use

Your login is for you alone. Downloads are licensed for your personal DJ use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share pool files, credentials, or bulk-scrape the catalog. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Content

Catalog metadata and availability change over time; we don't guarantee any specific track remains available. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month.
